At Procare Health, a Spanish pharmaceutical laboratory with international reach, we are dedicated to the research and development of natural and scientifically proven solutions for women’s health and well-being.

We’re looking to hire two profiles to join our team! We want to add a Junior Product Manager and a Senior Product Manager (specializing in Women’s Health). If you’re passionate about health, innovation, and want to be part of a fast-growing company, we want to hear from you!

The Product Manager, reporting to the Marketing Manager, will be responsible for leading strategic business and brands for the company. You will be in charge of product launches and managing the life cycle of the product’s pipeline. You will have the opportunity to shape and develop new programs and grow with an internationally successful scale-up. Additionally, you will serve as an internal and external advocate for your product’s portfolio.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the development of marketing plans and promotional campaigns.
• Design and execute go-to-market strategies for our brands.
• Conduct brand positioning analysis, competitor research, and consumer insights.
• Propose and evaluate brand ROI and KPIs.
• Manage the product pipeline and ensure it aligns with market needs.
• Keep stakeholders informed and manage any barriers or dependencies to ensure smooth delivery.
• Actively participate in product-related teams and events.
• Communicate with external marketing partners to provide them with innovative operational solutions.
• Organize national and international events.
• Develop promotional tools for medical representatives and explore new promotional ideas and services.

What we’re looking for:

• Successful experience in brand management within the healthcare industry.
• University degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a scientific background with a specialization in marketing.
• Minimun 2 years of experience in product management in the pharmaceutical/biotech environment, ideally in a startup.
• Experience in international and dynamic work environments.
• Native Spanish with excellent English skills; 
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Leadership abilities, teamwork, and a strong analytical mindset to bring solutions.
• Proactive, adaptable, and with a drive to bring new ideas and innovative solutions.
• A unique blend of business, medical, and marketing expertise.
• Knowledge or experience in women’s health products, French are an advantage
